C++ Engineer — Low-Latency Trading
Build the software connecting market data, trading decisions and execution. Work with researchers and traders to improve the speed, correctness and resilience of Weyls' trading systems.

- Develop modern C++ components for market-data processing, strategy execution and exchange connectivity.
- Measure latency distributions, identify bottlenecks and improve performance under realistic market loads.
- Design concurrent systems with careful control of memory, scheduling and failure modes.
- Strengthen testing, observability and recovery procedures for production trading.
- Work with research and trading teams to take new capabilities from specification to deployment.
What you bring
- Strong C++ skills and experience building performance-sensitive software.
- A practical understanding of Linux, CPU architecture, memory behavior and networking.
- Confidence reasoning about concurrency, data structures and algorithmic complexity.
- A disciplined approach to debugging, profiling and software correctness.
- Clear communication and ownership of systems beyond their initial release.
Additional experience
Exchange protocols, market-data feeds, kernel-bypass networking, hardware-aware optimization or Python research tooling are useful. Relevant systems expertise can come from outside finance.
